Housing support
We accept referrals from support services. For more information on our housing service, please see our downloadable leaflet on what to expect.
To make a referral:
1. Please read our referral criteria here.
2. If you feel the person you are supporting meets our criteria, please complete an initial enquiry form and we will get back to you. If we feel they meet our criteria and we have space available we will then ask you to complete a fuller referral form with your client.
Counselling
