I would like to access counselling
Thinking of exploring counselling? This downloadable leaflet gives a bit more information about what to expect.
You might be selling sex at the moment, involved in the adult entertainment industry, or have done in the past. You may need a space to talk through and process your experiences and the impact they have had on you.
Counselling at Orchards offers a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space, where you can bring whatever you need to talk about and be heard. We offer 18 free sessions so that money doesn’t have to be a barrier.
We tailor counselling to each individual and want you to get the most from sessions. Orchards counsellors are all trained in working with trauma and are members the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Hearing from other survivorsOrchards Voices
Orchards Voices is content developed for and by women with lived experience of sexual exploitation – inspiring and encouraging one another.
We gathered a group of women who filmed, edited and produced two videos for other survivors. They explore what they would say to other women contemplating leaving sexually exploitative situations and to those who are on a journey of recovery but contemplating giving up, and what they are praying for other survivors.
